Princeton Review - LAUSD Testing Single Sign On / Password Issues - LAUSD ISIS/Single Sign On/ Email passwords expire every 180 days. If you need to change your password, you will need to visit the district’s website for password changes. If you need assistance with this process, please let Ivan or myself know.
To change your password (before you get locked out) you will need to do the following (from school): - Access the following website from within the district: https://idmlogin.lausd.net
- Click “Login to review and update information about yourself, change your existing password, set or change your password hint question.
- Under “user name” enter your ISIS user name.
- Enter your ISIS password
- Click on “Login.” This will bring you to the “My Profile” page of the Single Sign on System.
- Click on the bubble entitled “Change password or password hint.”
- In the “Old Password” field, enter your current epals/ISIS password again.
- In the “New Password” field, type a new password. Make sure you review the password rules first to assure your new password will be accepted.
- In the “re-enter new password” field, type your new password again to confirm.
- Press “submit, you will be returned to the Password screen again, and “Success” will appear on the screen.
- Click “Logout” in the upper right corner of the screen.
To change your password (if you get locked out), you will need to do the following (from school): - Access the following website from within the district: https://idmlogin.lausd.net
- Click “Reset a forgotten password”.
- Scroll down and click “Accept”
Follow the steps. You will need to know your password hint (most are favorite vacation – though some of you have done them differently).
