IMPORTANT DATES
Math Placement Exam: If you your incoming 6th grader earned 4's in math and Met/Exceeded Standards on Smarter Balanced Assessment, he/she may qualify to enroll in the Highly Accelerated Common Core Math 6/7 course. Exams will be administered the first week of school for those who missed the two exam dates given in May. To submit interest in POSSIBLE future exam dates, please go to https://www.holmesms.org/; we will contact you through email IF we have any additional dates.

New Student Orientation:
May 18th (M – Z; parents of students taking math placement exam) 9:00 – 12:00 p.m.
June 8th (A – L) 9:00 – 12:00 p.m. (OR any families who have not attended)

Pre-Registration: Disbursement of books, lockers, student ID, etc. Completed forms will be required in order to receive the above items. Forms will be available online to print in August.

The School Accountability Report Card (SARC) is available for parents to review. The SARC is mandated by the state and includes information from the prior school year on school performance, teacher misassignments, sufficiency of textbooks, condition of school facilities, and fiscal and expenditure data, as well as student performance.
